Dea Cox is a 1953 graduate of George Fox College who went on in life to be a superintendent in Oregon schools for thirty years with great success. Cox became a member of the George Fox Board of Trustees in 1983 and served as the chair for a while. He is also very involved in the Northwest Yearly Meeting and has served as an Elder.
