Abstract
Excerpt: "An internship model for the Australasian Nazarene Bible College is a necessity. Because of this need, the following study and resulting handbooks have been developed. The acceptance of this programme among both the student participants and the pastoral coaches has been so very heartening, and has been appreciated by this writer. The insights and suggestions have been carefully considered and have added greatly to the development of the internship programme for Australasian Nazarene Bible College . Input from the College Board Executive members has also helped steer the building of the programme that we herein present."
