Description
A team of judicial experts including judges would soon be arriving in Rwanda to work with the International tribunal Office. Additionally, non-aligned countries are petitioning the UN to lift a ban on selling weapons to Rwanda. It also mentions child prisoners being held in Rwanda. The last four pages are a press release from the Rwandan government in French.
