Description
The government of Rwanda and the RPF signed a one-week truce in February 1993. They also agreed to allow the Neutral Military Observer Group (NMOG) to monitor the truce. While not included in this particular document, know this truce quickly falls apart and NMOG is left greatly annoyed. Other documents in the online collection explain how the truce collapsed.
