Description
The Office of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs (OATSD-PA) released a memorandum detailing how the US military evacuated approx. 250 US citizens from Rwanda due to a rapid increase in violence. Also includes details of US military personnel actions in countries neighboring Rwanda in response to the escalation of violence.
